Our Unique Windmill Model


We invested almost a year in developing the optimal approach to anger work. In essence, we found two distinct but related approaches to anger work are required.


The top of the windmill addresses what we call "present anger" which is how to embody your anger in the present.


The bottom of the windmill targets "past anger". In this section, you will explore why your anger is the way it is and learn what you need to defuse your triggers.

The Top of the Windmill


This is the first part of the course. Each blade on the windmill is a module. Working through these will give you practical tips to not only embody your anger safely in realtime but also understand some fundamental neuroscience and important context work to support you to transform the expression of your anger into a life and relationship affirming emotion.


The Bottom of the Windmill


In the second part of the course you will unpack the invisible anger you bring with you into every moment (whether you know it or not) and why it expresses the way it does: maybe you have a "long fuse then nuclear explosion"-type temper, or perhaps you have a hair-trigger temper, or maybe you go to passive aggression.*

*We've only listed three here, but in the first module we list the six problematic types of anger.
